Customer Success Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and implement the Customer Success system.
• Lead the support and community managers team.
• Manage client relationships for robo-advising and analytical products.
• Handle account management, agreements, payments, documentation, reclamations, and CRM operations.
• Onboard new clients through all communication channels.
• Provide first-line technical support via chat, email, and online conferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a fully remote Customer Success team.
• Hands-on customer support experience.
• Strong interest in and experience with the crypto market and the new economy.
• Fluent English required.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of customer management systems and solid CRM experience.
