What you will do
- Develop and implement the Customer Success system from the ground up.
- Lead and mentor the team of support and community managers.
- Manage client relationships for robo-advising and analytical products.
- Handle full-cycle account management, including agreements, payments, and documentation.
- Oversee new client onboarding across all communication channels.
- Coordinate first-line technical support via chat, email, and online conferences.
Requirements
- Proven record of managing fully remote Customer Success teams.
- Hands-on experience in customer support roles.
- Strong interest and experience in the crypto market and the new economy.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Professional proficiency with various CRM systems.
