What you will do
- Own the operational management of all ISP and ILA locations across Europe to ensure site availability and resilience.
- Lead the management of corporate facilities, including security systems, health & safety, and environmental compliance.
- Manage strategic suppliers, colocation providers, and landlords, focusing on SLA governance and cost optimization.
- Control facilities and site operating budgets, identify cost reductions, and support capital investment planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety legislation, fire regulations, ISO standards, and internal governance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to support network expansion and customer deployments.
Requirements
- Must be based in London (Hybrid).
- 5+ years of experience managing critical infrastructure or facilities.
- Experience managing multiple sites across Europe.
- Background in telecoms, data centres, or critical environments.
- Proven track record in supplier and contract management and budget ownership.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with fibre network infrastructure.
- Facilities Management qualification (IWFM/BIFM).
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
- Knowledge of ISO management systems and CDM requirements.
