TL;DR

ISP, ILA & Facilities Senior Manager (Telecoms): Managing the operational governance and optimization of technical facilities and In-Line Amplifier sites across Europe with an accent on infrastructure resilience, supplier performance, and cost-effectiveness. Focus on coordinating planned engineering works, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing lifecycle replacement plans for critical network infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid (London)

What you will do

  • Own the operational management of all ISP and ILA locations across Europe to ensure site availability and resilience.
  • Lead the management of corporate facilities, including security systems, health & safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Manage strategic suppliers, colocation providers, and landlords, focusing on SLA governance and cost optimization.
  • Control facilities and site operating budgets, identify cost reductions, and support capital investment planning.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety legislation, fire regulations, ISO standards, and internal governance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to support network expansion and customer deployments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London (Hybrid).
  • 5+ years of experience managing critical infrastructure or facilities.
  • Experience managing multiple sites across Europe.
  • Background in telecoms, data centres, or critical environments.
  • Proven track record in supplier and contract management and budget ownership.
  • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with fibre network infrastructure.
  • Facilities Management qualification (IWFM/BIFM).
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • Knowledge of ISO management systems and CDM requirements.
