What you will do

• Lead end-to-end packaging execution, managing everything from concept and manuscript to artwork and final sample cycles.
• Drive the full lifecycle of retail launches, limited-time offers, and collaborations, ensuring timelines and quality bars are met.
• Act as the primary expert for assigned brands and SKUs, partnering with cross-functional teams for long-term growth.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors and suppliers to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate with GTM and R&D teams to identify and implement formula improvements and packaging refinements.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Operations, Brand, and Performance teams to flag blockers and drive decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product development experience at a D2C or growth-stage CPG company.
• Proven track record of owning packaging from concept to final approval and launch.
• Experience managing a high volume of simultaneous product launches.
• Extensive experience managing external vendors and suppliers through full project cycles.
• Strong cross-functional project management skills and proficiency in Asana or similar tools.
