Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 + equity

What you will do

• Assemble solar modules and photovoltaic array subassemblies following documented procedures.
• Identify build anomalies and support root cause investigations for non-conformances.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to maintain build cadence and hardware acceptance.
• Develop custom tools, processes, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software.
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, materials, or relevant engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or hands-on engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience setting up production floors for first article builds.
• Must be eligible for access to ITAR-controlled information (U.S. Person).

Nice to have

• Experience with solar handling, lamination, or PV module assembly.
• Background in space or defense high-reliability manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CAD software (NX) and GD&T.
• Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturability).
