What you will do

• Process sales and change orders accurately to ensure all delivery deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative and technical support to inside and outside sales representatives.
• Monitor account activity and create reports regarding market conditions and sales results.
• Prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers.
• Manage leads and orders for specific geographic territories or account sizes.
• Mentor and provide training to junior technical or administrative support personnel.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Buffalo, NY; Irvine, CA; or Scottsdale, AZ.
• 2-year college degree with minimum 3 years of experience OR High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in a functional area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to analyze data to provide meaningful insights and trends.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and pre-employment background check.
