What you will do

• Own defined product areas and manage the end-to-end buying cycle from concept through to launch.
• Develop range plans, ensuring clear price architecture and the delivery of margin targets.
• Negotiate cost prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and lead times with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against established KPIs.
• Maintain the critical path to ensure all product launches are delivered on schedule.
• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity to drive trading decisions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Buying or Junior Buyer role within a retail environment.
• Proven experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver against sales and margin targets.
• Experience managing product development cycles and critical paths.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from London
