What you will do

• Develop and maintain Financial Planning Advice Standards and manage their review cycle to ensure they stay current.
• Apply consistent updates across all advice collateral, including checklists, process maps, and suitability reports.
• Conduct impact assessments relating to regulatory or propositional changes.
• Manage the regulatory change calendar to ensure effective resource planning.
• Produce Management Information and support general administrative tasks for the Advice Standards team.
• Collaborate with front office, risk, compliance, and senior leadership across the organization.

Requirements

• Diploma qualified level 4 in Financial Advice (or currently working towards it).
• Deep understanding of financial planning practices and typical client needs.
• Experience in a client-facing role or within a Business Assurance function.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
• Must be based in Manchester.

Nice to have

• Qualifications in CF6, ER1, CF8, and AF7.
