What you will do

• Develop and manage credit risk strategies across customer targeting, underwriting, portfolio management, and collections.
• Lead a team of analysts to define analytical agendas and translate business priorities into clear execution roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to develop and deploy risk and performance prediction models.
• Design and execute A/B tests using hypothesis testing frameworks to understand credit risk/return tradeoffs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and Capital Markets to implement strategy changes.
• Establish monitoring frameworks and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure portfolio profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit risk analytics and risk management.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Expertise in risk scoring, regression modeling, multivariate analyses, and machine learning.
• Proficiency with SQL, SAS, Python, R, and Tableau.
• MS/PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Operations Research.
• Must be based in Mountain View, California.
