TL;DR

Continuous Process Improvement Lead (Business Analytics): Driving enterprise-wide process improvements for the Air Force SCI network with an accent on operational efficiency and resource optimization. Focus on utilizing Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to analyze workflows, facilitate value stream mapping, and implement sustainable operational changes.

Location: On-site in San Antonio, TX. TS SCI clearance required.

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and manage CPI initiatives aligned with the Air Force BluSCI Strategic Vision.
• Develop and monitor process improvement strategies to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to identify and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with Technical Directors, System Engineers, and Analysts to refine enterprise operations.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the success of improvement initiatives.
• Manage change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or enterprise system optimization.
• Current Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001, or PMP certification.
• Active TS SCI security clearance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Certification or knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Experience in government contracting.
• Experience with data analysis, automation tools, and dashboard reporting.
