What you will do
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support the end-to-end sales lifecycle from opportunity development to post-sales engagement.
- Manage customer renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and drive retention initiatives.
- Serve as the primary operational contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts, handling inquiries and escalations.
- Prepare commercial documentation, including quotes, pricing proposals, and contracts.
- Act as the Salesforce CRM lead for sales teams, ensuring account data accuracy and operational integrity.
- Oversee royalty reporting and compliance with contractual licensing and distribution agreements.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Operations within a B2B software or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex customer accounts and driving retention.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in Ottawa, Ontario
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Experience with software licensing, subscription management, or royalty-based business models.
- Professional certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or Salesforce.
- Multilingual capabilities.
