Location: Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo (Hybrid: required to attend the office at least 1 day per week)
Salary: $145,900 – $197,400 CAD

What you will do
- Own the strategy and execution for Central and the broader franchise program.
- Develop roadmaps for centralized billing, brand-level reporting, network controls, and multi-location management.
- Collaborate with Business Development on RFP responses and roadmap conversations with prospective partners.
- Identify and resolve friction between franchisor control and franchisee experience to optimize network scale.
- Define and monitor key product metrics across discovery, adoption, revenue, and engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Success, and Product Marketing to scale new ideas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with evidence of shipping long-term outcomes.
- Direct experience in BD or partnership cycles, including RFP responses and partner-facing demos.
- Track record of influencing roadmap decisions across multiple teams using customer evidence.
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder customers with competing needs.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in franchise, multi-unit, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with partnership or BD-adjacent product work and roadmap alignment with external partners.
