What you will do

• Execute marketing, advertising, and online communication initiatives for the Italian market.
• Manage digital content for Corteva Italy websites, including regular updates, SEO, and digital asset management.
• Design campaign tracking strategies and use web analytics to optimize performance and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and Category Marketing Managers to create content for email, social media, and paid search.
• Translate complex technical agricultural content into clear, customer-centric communication.
• Coordinate with external media agencies to implement defined annual communication strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing or communications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, media, or an agriculture-related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Strong project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Background or strong interest in agriculture or the crop protection industry.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the office in Cremona, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), Eloqua, SharePoint, or Google AdWords.
