What you will do
- Lead performance marketing channels including Meta, Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop growth and automation systems using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n to increase marketing efficiency.
- Analyze KPIs and collaborate with the Performance & Data team to optimize campaign performance.
- Rapidly iterate on copy, creatives, and bidding strategies based on quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate new ad products and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Google, YouTube, Meta, or TikTok Ads for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Proven success managing annual advertising budgets exceeding $1M.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, or Google Search Console.
- Experience building marketing automation tools with AI (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n).
- Strong familiarity with modern attribution platforms like Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Rockerbox.
- Must be based in Milan, Italy for on-site work.
