What you will do
- Lead strategic planning and portfolio integration to align activities with leadership priorities and modernization objectives.
- Develop and institutionalize governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and organizational battle rhythms.
- Facilitate coordination among government personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders to promote unity of effort.
- Analyze organizational workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.
- Create executive-level briefings, decision papers, and portfolio management dashboards for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance.
- US Citizenship.
- Proven experience in senior-level strategic planning and portfolio management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational leadership skills for executive-level engagement.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
