What you will do

• Gather, clean, and transform data from databases, APIs, and flat files using ETL processes.
• Design and maintain data warehouses and data lakes, implementing efficient data modeling and schema design.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or custom solutions.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data security and access control.
• Lead and manage onshore reporting project requirements using Agile methodologies.
• Implement data quality checks and governance policies to maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with SAS Base, SAS EG, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably insurance.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with ETL tools such as Apache NiFi, Apache Spark, or Talend.
• Knowledge of data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Working experience in a consulting or shared services environment.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala for automation.
