What you will do

• Develop and maintain reusable data models for financial reporting and analytics.
• Design and build advanced SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards for client-facing data products.
• Ensure data security, reliability, and accuracy through automated testing and governance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor direct reports, and manage team workload and delivery priorities.
• Lead production support for data processing failures and platform resilience improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into manageable technical deliverables.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills for root cause analysis and complex data processing.
• Proven experience with SSRS and Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Strong background in SQL Server, Snowflake, and dbt within enterprise environments.
• Experience managing cloud data platforms, including security controls and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and provide technical direction in a senior role.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Ecosystem, Azure DevOps, and Azure Data Factory.
• Background in ETL/ELT techniques and data migration.
• Prior experience in the investment or financial services industry.
