What you will do

• Research and identify creators aligned with brand voice and audience targets across the Beast portfolio.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including outreach, analytics evaluation, contract coordination, and brief writing.
• Develop and execute large-scale gifting initiatives, encompassing concept development, forecasting, and fulfillment logistics.
• Build and maintain a structured creator database of 3,000+ contacts with performance history and rates.
• Track and report monthly content performance per brand, tying results back to strategic KPIs.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Legal teams on co-creation concepts and FTC compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing creator or influencer partnerships for consumer-facing brands.
• Proven track record of managing 5+ concurrent creator relationships with on-time delivery.
• Deep fluency in internet culture and creator ecosystems.
• Experience evaluating detailed creator analytics beyond surface metrics.
• Strong project management and budget negotiation skills.
• Relocation to Greenville, NC is required for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience running product seeding programs for 500+ creators per drop.
• Background in food/beverage, apparel, or entertainment industries.
• Proficiency with creator management platforms or CRM tools.
• Understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate and creator commerce programs.
