What you will do

• Deliver core product features that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code with thorough testing and debugging.
• Optimize service latency, fault tolerance, and resilience in high-load environments.
• Develop well-documented code and automation tests with strong coverage.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and prepare technical documentation.
• Reduce technical debt and apply clean code principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of backend development experience in Python.
• Experience with high-load, concurrency, and multithreading systems.
• Proven track record in microservice development.
• Solid knowledge of ORM, DBMS, and database architecture.
• English level B2.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial/market-based software development or distributed systems.
