Business Analyst with with Content Management or DXP Experience Wanted to Join Our Delivery Team (DXP)

Location: Hybrid, based in Poland, with teams in the office an average of four days a week; locations include Katowice and Poznań. Availability until 18:00 PL is required.

Salary: 110–140 PLN net per hour for B2B cooperation; the listed Poland pay range is 110–140 PLN per hour.

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and facilitate client workshops and assess customer documentation.
• Recommend technically and commercially suitable solutions and present proposals to clients.
• Analyse business systems, map processes, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Scrum and delivery teams, developers, testers, Product Owners, and Project or Programme Managers through go-live.
• Support user training, estimates, delivery planning, stakeholder communication, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce, customer experience, or digital experience projects.
• Hands-on experience with web content management or Digital Experience Platform projects, such as Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar.
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial and publishing workflows, or content migrations.
• Strong client stakeholder and Product Owner management skills, including workshop facilitation and presentation.
• Experience with Agile software delivery, business process mapping, system analysis, package integration, and bespoke development.
• Full-time hybrid work in Poland and availability until 18:00 PL are required; the selection process and CV must be in English.

Nice to have

• Agile or Scrum Master experience.
• Experience working with multiple ecommerce or digital experience platforms.
