What you will do

  • Win new digital business by collaborating with the UK Sales team and preparing compelling pitches.
  • Identify and convert digital growth and upsell opportunities within the existing UK client base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hotel partners, taking full accountability for their digital strategy and performance.
  • Oversee live paid media, SEO, and CRM activity, ensuring delivery aligns with strategy and targets.
  • Define comprehensive digital strategies including Google Hotel Ads, brand PPC, Meta, and local search.
  • Build market presence through the development of case studies and attendance at industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing within the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Confidence in consulting and presenting to senior hotel stakeholders (GMs, Commercial Directors).
  • Genuine knowledge of the UK hospitality market and its buying cycles.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate digital activity into direct booking revenue.
  • Open-minded approach to incorporating AI and new technologies into daily processes.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on expertise with Google Hotel Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and metasearch platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO for hotel websites.
  • Familiarity with hotel CRM, email marketing, and guest data management.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency or shared-service environment.
