What you will do

• Support project planning, progress tracking, and overall control of technical projects.
• Act as a central point of contact between project teams, finance, and external suppliers.
• Collect and analyze project and financial data to identify risks and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, overviews, and dashboards.
• Assist with budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost analyses in collaboration with Finance.
• Document project decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education degree (HBO/WO) in business administration, engineering, IT, or similar.
• Some relevant work experience, such as an internship or junior role.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for financial and project data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Delft, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Interest in PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
