Sr Eng Project Engineering (MedTech)

Location: Leiden and Sassenheim, South Holland, Netherlands

Base pay: €53,500–€85,445 per year

What you will do

• Lead engineering scopes as a core team member on medium- and high-complexity projects.
• Provide technical support for project planning, development, implementation, and modifications.
• Manage medium-complexity capital investment projects from feasibility through closure.
• Define and manage project objectives, scope, budgets, timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams involving internal stakeholders, engineering firms, and on-site contractors.
• Ensure project designs and implementation meet Dutch, European, Janssen Biologics, and applicable GXP standards.

Requirements

• University or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• FPX/PMP certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with internal and external customers.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and SAP.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, independent working ability, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAPA, feasibility studies, lean supply chain management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, supply planning, and organizational project management.
