What you will do

• Spot trends and identify innovative products across beauty categories, including Hair Care, Bath & Shower, Deodorant, and Skincare.
• Develop category fundamentals, global market reviews, and internal strategic newsletters in collaboration with Fragrance Development teams.
• Create visual assets, promo kits, and impactful presentations for innovation launches.
• Manage and update the internal Beauty SharePoint to ensure content is well-structured and accessible.
• Provide daily operational support to Beauty Marketing Managers.

Requirements

• Strong interest in cosmetics and fragrances.
• Marketing acumen and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within pluri-disciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and social media platforms.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI content generation tools.
• Experience with Canva and InDesign.
