What you will do
- Lead brand marketing strategy and execution for European brands, primarily Meetic and OurTime / DisonsDemain.
- Build annual marketing plans and go-to-market strategies that translate business goals into regional priorities.
- Shape and evolve brand positioning and narratives to ensure clarity and local relevance across all touchpoints.
- Manage an internal Creative team to maintain a high creative bar for regional campaigns and assets.
- Own regional budget allocation and prioritize investments using a clear KPI framework to drive growth.
- Partner with Product, Design, and UX teams to align the in-app experience with the brand promise.
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in consumer tech, digital products, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end brand strategy from insight and positioning to measurement and growth.
- Experience leading regional or international marketing within complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong creative judgment and a data-literate approach to decision-making.
- English: Fluent proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in Paris, France.
