What you will do

• Design, develop, and evaluate ML models to solve complex business problems.
• Apply statistical and computational techniques to extract insights from large-scale datasets.
• Build and run experiments to validate hypotheses and measure business impact.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy scalable ML solutions into production environments.
• Select modeling approaches for prediction, optimization, recommendation, and causal analysis.
• Translate technical outputs into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience applying machine learning techniques in commercial, research, or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of ML fundamentals, model development, and experimentation.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and scientific problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern machine learning frameworks.
• Ability to frame ambiguous business challenges as analytical or machine learning problems.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the London, UK offices

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI/LLMs.
• Knowledge of causal inference, Bayesian methods, or optimization.
• Experience with recommendation systems or forecasting.
