• Manage end-to-end project delivery from initial brief to final review.
• Own project timelines and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee budgets, including precise tracking and cost control.
• Coordinate activities between HQ, regional offices, and external partners.
• Translate global commercial priorities into actionable execution plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Stockholm.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, activations, or project management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Experience with budget management, tracking, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.
