What you will do

• Lead and develop the Customer/Delivery Project Management team to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
• Strengthen project governance, common standards, and ways of working across the organization.
• Ensure project performance in terms of scope, time, cost, and quality for customer adaptations.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain close collaboration with design and production organizations.
• Act as a professional customer interface, translating client needs into clear internal requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team and performance development.
• Solid project management experience, preferably within complex or technical environments.
• Proficiency in planning, risk management, and financial follow-up.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Swedish and English.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting process based on current regulations.
• Location: Based in or able to work from Mölnlycke, Sweden.
