• Direct and review NATO/EDF project starts to ensure quality assurance and alignment with company expectations.
• Compile and report project progress, ensuring continuous alignment with strategic objectives and delivery commitments.
• Perform project assessments and lead lesson-learned reviews in cooperation with quality representatives.
• Participate in and occasionally lead activities within the stakeholder interface (FMV/FM).
• Promote synergies between ongoing EDF projects and connect them to other relevant studies and development initiatives.
• Support project managers during implementation to maximize value and ensure long-term knowledge building.

Требования

• Academic degree in Engineering Science or a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in managing complex projects or programs in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
• Ability to pass security vetting in accordance with Swedish regulations (citizenship requirements may apply).
• Proven ability to collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
• Driven, adaptable mindset with the ability to maintain direction in changing environments.
