What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned claims of low complexity.
• Review claim information to determine coverage and recommend subsequent actions.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive claim reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, and IT.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through high-quality service.
• Mentor with senior examiners to develop negotiation strategies and resolution practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have or be eligible to receive a claims adjuster license.
• US Work Authorization is strictly required (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
