What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack features including database schemas, GraphQL APIs, and React/TypeScript UIs.
• Take ownership of system reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability of significant parts of the system.
• Build and operate backend services, including background jobs, async pipelines, and third-party integrations.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow for code generation, review, and debugging to increase velocity.
• Lead technical designs on significant features and conduct rigorous code reviews to raise the team's engineering bar.
• Automate deployments via CI/CD systems and continuously improve internal development processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping full-stack products with strong backend foundations.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Deep expertise in relational databases, distributed systems, observability, and security on the backend.
• Ability to own features end-to-end with autonomy and clear communication.
• Commitment to writing clean, well-tested code and taking genuine ownership of work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails in a high-scale production environment.
