Fullstack Developer (AI): Building and scaling AI-native products for the Adaptive Defence team with an accent on rapid prototyping and end-to-end ownership. Focus on shipping working software in short cycles and leveraging agentic coding to solve complex cybersecurity problems.

Location: Remote in Ireland, UK, or Portugal (Hybrid option available in Lisbon, Portugal)

What you will do

• Own product problems end-to-end, from framing and prototyping to production.
• Develop and ship working software in fast cycles of days and weeks.
• Establish a tight feedback loop by interacting with customers and iterating quickly.
• Collaborate with a lean senior team to shape the company's AI-native development approach.
• Make independent product, design, and scope decisions to maximize impact.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building products from 0 to 1 (e.g., as a founder or early employee).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node, and AWS.
• Experience with AI-native development and agentic coding as a primary workflow.
• Ability to operate autonomously and move quickly in an early-stage environment.
• Must be based in Ireland, UK, or Portugal.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in B2B SaaS or the cybersecurity domain.
• Ability to demonstrate custom tooling or workflows built to increase development speed.
• Strong point of view on high-quality B2B product design.
