TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager, Attendee (Events): Developing attendee marketing strategies for event portfolios with an accent on value propositions, pricing, and audience growth. Focus on designing data-driven go-to-market plans and optimizing the end-to-end attendee journey to increase revenue and satisfaction.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY, Boulder, CO, or Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid: 3+ days in office)

Salary: $75,000–$90,000/YR

What you will do

  • Develop attendee marketing strategies, value propositions, and pricing models for multiple event portfolios.
  • Design and implement retention and acquisition strategies to maximize the lifetime value of high-value audiences.
  • Leverage attendee intelligence and analytics to inform segmentation, targeting, and campaign strategies.
  • Optimize the attendee journey from initial acquisition to onsite experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, operations, and strategic insights, to enhance attendee experiences.
  • Monitor key KPIs, including registration rates and NPS, to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in attendee or product marketing with expertise in GTM strategies and integrated campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, segmentation, and KPI reporting.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Must be able to work in-person three days a week or more in one of the specified US offices.

  • Interest in applying behavioral science techniques and AI tools to enhance marketing strategies.
