What you will do

• Implement end-to-end AI tools and workflows for PMs and analysts, from scoping to production deployment.
• Build and refine custom prompts, skill libraries, and automated workflows tailored to investment processes.
• Develop and maintain custom datasources, including vectorised document stores and research embeddings.
• Design and deliver AI training programs, playbooks, and "AI Lab" sessions to drive internal adoption.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business units and the central AI/Technology team to prioritize roadmaps.
• Establish compliance guardrails and maintain documentation for AI-derived analytics and outputs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience post-university with a PhD or Master's in a quantitative/technical discipline (e.g., CS, Data Science, Physics).
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace.
• Experience with LLM APIs, NLP concepts, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to build data pipelines using SQL, cloud storage, and APIs.
• Strong communication skills to translate vague business needs into concrete technical specifications.
• Must be based in New York, NY
