Senior Product Designer

What you will do

• Participate in end-to-end product discovery, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape product direction.
• Craft high-quality, polished user interfaces with meticulous attention to detail.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and documentation.
• Mentor and support junior designers while providing constructive feedback.
• Advocate for design thinking and balance customer needs with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in a digital product environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered products with exceptional UI quality.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of usability principles and research synthesis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Strong creative or brand design background.
• Experience with AI integration in design practices.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for ticket and specification writing.
