What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and improvement.
• Define and prioritize data product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications for data engineering and science teams.
• Analyze data structures, architectures, and ETL/ELT pipelines to inform product decisions.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business impact.
• Promote a data-driven culture and lead the adoption of AI and automation across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data-driven product environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex data initiatives or products.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems and analytics platforms.
• Experience collaborating with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• English: Intermediate proficiency (B1) required.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to AI-driven initiatives within data products.
• Proficiency with product and project management tools.
