What you will do

• Lead product innovation from concept definition and problem validation through to business case development and execution.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact capabilities that balance local market needs with global scalability.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to support product launches, GTM planning, pricing, and market adoption in Latin America.
• Translate market intelligence, customer interviews, and competitive analysis into actionable product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Influence senior leadership through strategic analysis and market-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience in software, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
• Proven track record of developing product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global or multi-country business environment.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience with generative AI applications or AI-enabled software products.
• Direct experience supporting healthcare markets in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, or Argentina.
