What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via online chat and phone calls.
  • Provide detailed information on product availability, sales promotions, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage pre-sales inquiries to support the sales process and convert leads into customers.
  • Process and track orders using the SingSeven inventory system.
  • Resolve after-sales issues and handle claims for damaged goods with empathy.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to improve service processes and perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
  • Ability to handle live customer interactions independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM AEST.
