System Developement Engineer - Braking Systems (Automotive)

What you will do

• Define the overall braking system architecture across electrical/electronic, mechanical, and software domains.
• Develop system concepts, interface definitions, and traceable system requirements.
• Coordinate subsystems, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
• Lead vehicle-level system integration and resolve cross-functional engineering issues.
• Plan and execute verification and validation activities.
• Ensure functional safety and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in automotive, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience developing braking systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechatronic systems and vehicle dynamics.
• Experience with systems engineering, system architecture, technical coordination, and/or project management.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, and the V-model development process.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
