What you will do

• Execute the engineering delivery of a portfolio of projects and programmes of various sizes.
• Manage the engineering budget, monitoring and forecasting costs to completion.
• Coordinate engineering resources and perform day-to-day tasking for the team.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure programme success and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with Programme Management to optimize scheduling and resource planning.
• Represent the company in technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent extensive Defence/Aerospace industry experience.
• Significant experience in Systems Engineering lifecycles, System of Systems principles, and ISO/IEEE/IEC standards.
• Proven technical and line management experience leading teams of systems engineers.
• Experience developing high-quality requirements and embedded solutions (hardware, software, or firmware).
• Must be a British Citizen with the required UK residency to maintain SC/DV security clearance.

Nice to have

• INCOSE recognition (CSEP/ESEP).
• Experience acting as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Familiarity with NCSC security processes and associated security artefacts.
