What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of microjet propulsion systems from early concept to customer support.
• Define product requirements and execute detailed engineering work packages and development plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product introduction.
• Lead prototype assembly, testing, verification, and qualification activities to meet technical specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation and validation reports for aerospace certification (e.g., FAA, EASA).
• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in aerospace engineering, propulsion systems, or product development.
• Proven track record in supporting engineering projects through design, testing, and validation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and explaining technical concepts.
• Experience working within cross-functional and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Direct experience with microjet engines, UAV propulsion, or gas turbines.
• Exposure to FAA or EASA regulatory environments and certification activities.
• Knowledge of aerospace product lifecycle management (PLM) and systems engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar engineering planning tools.
