What you will do
- Partner with customers throughout the implementation journey, providing technical guidance and ensuring a smooth integration experience.
- Design scalable integration solutions tailored to customers' technical architecture and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex integration challenges by collaborating across engineering and product teams.
- Validate and test integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the technical voice of the customer by sharing product feedback to influence future development.
- Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams as their primary technical advisor.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and the ability to read and troubleshoot code.
- Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and modern web technologies.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
