What you will do
- Develop retail media products using data science and ML to create value for customers and advertisers.
- Lead end-to-end ML initiatives from problem definition and experimentation through to production deployment and monitoring.
- Design and evaluate ML models, making trade-offs between performance, scalability, and business impact.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to data science best practices and act as a technical sparring partner within the Data & AI team.
Requirements
- Solid experience in applied data science and ML, including building and deploying models in production environments.
- Strong foundation in Python, SQL, statistical modelling, and large-scale data processing.
- Experience with or strong interest in retail media, digital advertising, marketing analytics, or recommender systems.
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and create structured solutions.
