What you will do
- Repurpose CGI content and full-length episodes into high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Experiment with new styles and hooks to scale content production to 5+ posts per week.
- Execute trend-based social assets within a strict 72-hour turnaround window.
- Collaborate with the Gaming Marketing Manager to build social calendars and energize the fanbase.
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate on creative strategies and drive engagement.
- Ensure all content remains on-model and on-tone for a global family audience.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Social Producer, content creator, or fan editor in fast-paced media environments.
- Strong portfolio of self-edited short-form content delivered at volume with minimal oversight.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Deep knowledge of social trends, platform algorithms, and attention-grabbing mechanics.
- Strong copywriting and narrative skills for visual storytelling.
- Ability to use platform analytics to justify creative choices.
