• Plan and deliver diverse events ranging from build and paint workshops to organized play weekends.
• Manage daily activities within the Warhammer World Events Hall to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal business teams to create unforgettable and inclusive hobby experiences.
• Act as a passionate ambassador for the Warhammer brand and community.
• Ensure all events are welcoming, fun, and inclusive for visitors of all skill levels.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Nottingham, UK.
• Strong passion for the Warhammer hobby and deep understanding of its game systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to creating inclusive environments.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
