What you will do

• Define and present the overall development strategy for game projects.
• Set project scope and milestones while maintaining schedules across multiple teams.
• Coordinate daily activities and priorities for a small production team.
• Manage project risks, resource blockers, and quality concerns to ensure smooth delivery.
• Mentor colleagues to support their personal and professional development.
• Facilitate communication and planning between internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar production role.
• Proven ability in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience working with Unreal, Unity, or similar game engines.
• Extensive experience using task management and bug tracking software.
• At least one shipped title on a modern console platform.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira for task management and bug tracking.
• Knowledge of platform submission processes for PC, Microsoft, Sony, or Nintendo.
