What you will do

• Drive MT and AI localization initiatives, shaping the roadmap and coordinating integrations with internal teams and external partners.
• Innovate workflows by utilizing LLM-based tools and automation to improve localization and LQA quality.
• Manage the localization pipeline, schedules, and budgets for assigned new game launches and live service operations.
• Oversee LQA strategy and the resolution of localization bugs across functional teams.
• Manage external translation vendors, defining KPIs and monitoring inbound/outbound quality.
• Mentor other producers and provide market analysis to guide language support and culturalization initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in localization production within a mobile/F2P studio or publishing environment.
• Strong aptitude for AI and technology-driven localization workflows, specifically MT and LLMs.
• Extensive knowledge of the globalization industry, including internationalization and culturalization.
• Proficiency with Localization Text CMS, TMS tools, and bug tracking software.
• Must be based in London, UK or Barcelona, Spain.
