What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across a wide range of information systems and applications.
  • Perform daily ticket analysis and root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring problems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for microservices-based applications.
  • Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM systems like ServiceNow.
  • Ensure system availability by providing out-of-hours standby support.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience with APIs and Microservices.
  • Proficiency in Java for application troubleshooting and support purposes (non-development).
  • Proven experience working with ITSM systems, specifically ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.
  • Availability to provide out-of-hours support (standby).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, preferably Dynatrace.
