What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems across software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams on bug fixes and feature requests.
• Handle high-level Azure and M365 service requests involving VMs, networking, storage, and identity.
• Lead incident response and participate in on-call rotations for critical system issues.
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation, runbooks, and FAQs.
• Identify support trends to partner with Product and Engineering teams on long-term solutions.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering.
• Deep expertise in SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Proficiency in scripting (Python/Shell) and networking fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of webservers (Apache, IIS) and databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Application Protocols (DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP) and Linux environments.
• Fluent professional English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• ITIL or Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Programming skills in Bash, PowerShell, or PHP.
