What you will do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems across software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams on bug fixes and feature requests.
- Handle high-level Azure and M365 service requests involving VMs, networking, storage, and identity.
- Lead incident response and participate in on-call rotations for critical system issues.
- Create and maintain internal technical documentation, runbooks, and FAQs.
- Identify support trends to partner with Product and Engineering teams on long-term solutions.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering.
- Deep expertise in SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Shell) and networking fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of webservers (Apache, IIS) and databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Application Protocols (DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP) and Linux environments.
- Fluent professional English (verbal and written).
Nice to have
- ITIL or Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Programming skills in Bash, PowerShell, or PHP.
