What you will do

• Design and implement custom backend solutions in ServiceNow, specifically for core platform tables and SPM modules.
• Analyze and optimize SPM processes (Idea, Demand, Portfolio, Program, Project, Resource, Financial Planning) while remaining close to out-of-the-box solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external tools using REST/SOAP interfaces, handling JSON and XML.
• Implement cutting-edge technologies such as AI functionalities and DevOps evolutions.
• Perform quality assurance and testing to ensure robust and error-free backend solutions.
• Create technical documentation and training materials for users and administrators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including at least 2 years with the SPM module.
• Mandatory certifications: Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist - SPM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP interfaces and handling JSON/XML.
• Knowledge of Agile, Digital Product Release, and Test Management 2.0.
• Fluent English language skills are essential.

Nice to have

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• German language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
