TL;DR

ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow): Implementing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across client environments with an accent on design, development, and configuration of ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules. Focus on building complex integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs while ensuring high quality and security through code reviews.

Location: Must be an Australian Citizen or hold minimum baseline clearance. Office locations in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned to best practices and customer needs.
  • Build and enhance functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
  • Support delivery across modules such as ITSM, CSM, and ITOM.
  • Develop integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with architects, BAs, and clients within an Agile delivery framework.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship or minimum baseline clearance is strictly required.
  • 3–5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of ServiceNow data models.
  • Experience supporting integrations via Integration Hub and REST APIs.
  • Ability to operate effectively in customer-facing, Agile environments.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).
  • Integration Hub Fundamentals certification.
